1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OrderRave storefronts and digital services, merchants and shoppers agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should not access or use the platform.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using OrderRave agree to maintain accurate product descriptions, clear pricing in Naira, valid inventory quantities, and prompt fulfillment of customer purchases. Prohibited or illegal goods may not be listed.
3. Payments & Settlements
Online customer transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway partners (Paystack). Automated payouts settle directly into the merchant's designated bank account according to gateway settlement schedules.
4. Order Fulfillment & Cancellations
Product delivery and pickup options are fulfilled directly by the merchant. In the event of order cancellations, inventory items are automatically restocked to the catalog.
